Welcome to Optimo Education ("Optimo", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Optimo Education platform, including our website at www.optimoeducation.com and the web application at app.optimoeducation.com (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Optimo Education is operated by ALCO GROUP LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States.
Optimo Education is an AI-powered Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) generation platform that allows business owners and their teams to:
Create professional SOPs through conversational AI
Edit and customize documents using a visual editor
Export documents in Word (.docx) and PDF formats
Store and manage images in a media library
Share SOPs via public links and QR codes
Collaborate with team members (Scale plan)
Save and reuse custom SOP templates (Pro and Scale plans)
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Optimo, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately at optimo@optimoeducation.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Optimo offers the following subscription plans:
Free Plan: $0/month — 20,000 AI tokens, 50 MB storage
Basic Plan: $24/month (or $19.20/month billed annually) — 200,000 AI tokens, 200 MB storage
Pro Plan: $49/month (or $39.20/month billed annually) — 600,000 AI tokens, 500 MB storage, custom templates
Scale Plan: $129/month (or $103.20/month billed annually) — 2,000,000 AI tokens, 2 GB storage, team collaboration for up to 15 members
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees.
Annual subscriptions are charged upfront for the full year. Upgrading during a billing period will result in a prorated charge for the remaining days.
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first paid subscription.
Refunds will not be issued for partial months or unused tokens.
Annual subscriptions cancelled after 7 days will receive a prorated refund for unused full months remaining.
To request a refund, contact us at optimo@optimoeducation.com with your account email and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period.
Each plan includes a monthly AI token allowance. Tokens are consumed when you interact with the AI agent to generate or modify SOPs. Token usage resets at the beginning of each billing cycle.
If you reach your token limit, the AI chat will be temporarily disabled until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan. Unused tokens do not roll over to the next month.
For Scale plan accounts, token usage is shared across all team members.
You retain full ownership of all content you create using the Service, including SOPs, images, and templates. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than operating the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
Use the Service to train or develop competing AI models
Circumvent usage limits or access controls
Upload malicious files or code
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
The SOPs and other content generated by the AI are provided for informational and operational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and implementing any AI-generated content in your business.
Optimo Education does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Content generated by the AI should not be used as a substitute for qualified professional guidance.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including:
Stripe — for payment processing
Supabase — for database and file storage
Anthropic — for AI language model capabilities
Brevo — for transactional email delivery
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We strive to maintain the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ALCO GROUP LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALCO GROUP LLC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

Debes tener al menos 18 años para utilizar el Servicio. Al usar Optimo, declaras y garantizas que cumples este requisito y que tienes capacidad legal para aceptar estos Términos.
Para acceder al Servicio, debes crear una cuenta proporcionando un correo electrónico válido y una contraseña. Eres responsable de:

Las suscripciones de pago se cobran por adelantado de forma mensual o anual a través de Stripe. Al proporcionar tu información de pago, autorizas el cobro de las tarifas correspondientes.
Las suscripciones anuales se cobran por adelantado por el año completo. Al hacer upgrade durante un período de facturación, se aplicará un cargo prorrateado por los días restantes.
Ofrecemos reembolsos bajo las siguientes condiciones:
Nuevos suscriptores pueden solicitar un reembolso completo dentro de los 7 días posteriores a su primera suscripción de pago.
No se emiten reembolsos por meses parciales o tokens no utilizados.
Las suscripciones anuales canceladas después de 7 días recibirán un reembolso prorrateado por los meses completos restantes.
Para solicitar un reembolso, contacta a optimo@optimoeducation.com con tu correo de cuenta y el motivo de la solicitud. Los reembolsos se procesan en 5-10 días hábiles.
Puedes cancelar tu suscripción en cualquier momento desde el portal de facturación en la aplicación. La cancelación es efectiva al final del período de facturación actual. Mantendrás acceso a las funciones de pago hasta el final del período.
Cada plan incluye una asignación mensual de tokens de IA. Los tokens se consumen al interactuar con el agente de IA para generar o modificar SOPs. El uso de tokens se reinicia al inicio de cada ciclo de facturación.
Si alcanzas el límite de tokens, el chat de IA se desactivará temporalmente hasta el próximo ciclo de facturación o hasta que actualices tu plan. Los tokens no utilizados no se acumulan para el mes siguiente.
En cuentas del plan Scale, el uso de tokens es compartido entre todos los miembros del equipo.
Conservas la propiedad completa de todo el contenido que crees con el Servicio, incluyendo SOPs, imágenes y plantillas. Al usar el Servicio, nos otorgas una licencia limitada y no exclusiva para almacenar, procesar y mostrar tu contenido únicamente con el fin de prestar el Servicio.
No reclamamos propiedad sobre tu contenido y no lo utilizaremos para ningún fin que no sea operar el Servicio.
Aceptas no utilizar el Servicio para:
Generar contenido ilegal, dañino, difamatorio o que infrinja derechos de terceros
Intentar hacer ingeniería inversa, hackear o interrumpir el Servicio
Revender o sublicenciar el acceso al Servicio sin nuestro consentimiento escrito
Usar el Servicio para entrenar o desarrollar modelos de IA competidores
Eludir límites de uso o controles de acceso
Cargar archivos o código malicioso
Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o cancelar cuentas que violen estas reglas sin previo aviso.
Los SOPs y demás contenido generado por la IA se proporcionan con fines informativos y operativos. Si bien nos esforzamos por la precisión, el contenido generado por IA puede contener errores u omisiones. Eres el único responsable de revisar, editar e implementar cualquier contenido generado por IA en tu negocio.
Optimo Education no proporciona asesoría legal, financiera, médica ni profesional. El contenido generado por la IA no debe usarse como sustituto de orientación profesional calificada.
El Servicio se integra con proveedores externos, incluyendo:
Stripe — procesamiento de pagos
Supabase — base de datos y almacenamiento de archivos
Anthropic — capacidades del modelo de lenguaje de IA
Brevo — envío de correos electrónicos transaccionales
El uso de estos servicios está sujeto a sus propios términos y políticas de privacidad. No somos responsables de las prácticas de estos proveedores.
Implementamos medidas de seguridad estándar de la industria para proteger tus datos, incluyendo conexiones cifradas (HTTPS), autenticación segura y controles de acceso. Sin embargo, ningún método de transmisión por internet es 100% seguro y no podemos garantizar seguridad absoluta.
Nos esforzamos por mantener el Servicio disponible las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana, pero no garantizamos acceso ininterrumpido. Podemos realizar mantenimiento, actualizaciones o experimentar interrupciones. Haremos esfuerzos razonables para notificar a los usuarios sobre el mantenimiento planificado.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, ALCO GROUP LLC y sus directivos, empleados y agentes no serán responsables de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos, incluyendo pérdida de ganancias, datos u oportunidades de negocio, derivados del uso del Servicio.
Nuestra responsabilidad total ante ti por cualquier reclamación derivada de estos Términos no excederá el monto que nos hayas pagado en los 12 meses anteriores a la reclamación.
Aceptas indemnizar y eximir de responsabilidad a ALCO GROUP LLC y sus afiliados de cualquier reclamación, pérdida, daño, responsabilidad, costo y gasto (incluyendo honorarios legales) derivados del uso del Servicio, tu violación de estos Términos o la infracción de derechos de terceros.
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento.
